Autrally , I had been place few copy of quotawarnmsg to following
location . Since I also supspect I place quotawarning in wrong path .
Here is the path I place quotowarnmsg .
path a : /usr/local/maildrop/etc/quotawarnmsg
path b : /etc/quotawarnmsg
path c : /home/vmail/domain/quotawarnmsg
path d : /home/vmail/domain/vmail/test.com/quotawarnmsg
But It sounds like doesn't work as well .
From the log : /var/log/maildrop.log , it sounds like there doesn't get a
big problems as well but using maildrop .

I found that once the users maildir over 1.9M OR near around 2M .
quotawarnmsg didn't sent out .
IF the mailbox over 2M . Sender can't send e-mail to that " 2M " quota
mailbox anymore . At the same time " Sender " willing get a return mail
notice that mailbox is overquota already .
