The aforementioned FAQ - http://www.courier-mta.org/FAQ.html#help, bullet point 3 - also suggests that questions of this nature should definitely include the contents of the relevant configuration files.

Without knowing exactly what you have in hosteddomains and userdb files (they are plain text files), nothing can be done.
