When you run sa-learn on a false positive to train as bayes ham, does it ignore the rewritten part of the subject and other stuff it adds to the header? I thought I remembered reading that somewhere but this email suggests otherwise. Thanks.

SA should have no problem here as far as the Message-Id is kept intact.
