Hi Hugo.

Well, I'm not an Eventum Developer. I have changed some lines of code in some files of my implementation so I can assure you can do this job yourself.

It seems you have to customize your workflow. Please take a look at the API page (from the wiki). It will give you a big picture of what you need.

Also see how to customize the workflow in Eventum (also from the wiki).

With that (API and Workflow) knowledge, you can make Eventum work the way you want.

Hi,

I would like to build a new feature into Eventum. I can use some help from the developers of Eventum on how to proceed.

The feature I'd like to add to Eventum: When a user creates an issue, the person (or group) who is assigned the issue can conclude that it will take a certain amount of time to fix the issue. That time may be greater than the time that the user paid for support. What would be nice is if it were possible to reassign the issue to the user, with the request/requirement to give 'authorisation' for a certain amount of hours (extra time) of support. When the user agrees, the issue is again reassigned (to either the same person/group who was assigned the issue in the first place or some other user/group).

I am a bit unsure on how to implement such a feature. It is ofcourse no problem to add or create some table in which the extra time (and the agreeing user) is stored. It would be a big help if someone / an Eventum developer could tell me in which files I need to start.

Thanks,
