Sous Windows, la gestion du symbole décimal ("," ou ".") se fait au niveau système : Panneau de configuration, Options régionales et linguistiques, bouton "Personnaliser", onglet "Nombres".

Ici les chiffres décimaux sont paramétrés pour être à virgule, et non à point. A priori, si je modifie pour mettre un point par défaut, ça devrait marcher ... mais je préférerais continuer à travailler avec des virgule si c'était possible.
