If you use squirrelmail that is AND if it works together with your setup. I did start developing my own, because i wanted one that works with my setup (no unix users, all mailusers stored in mysql) and that was a bit more intelligent.

it would be a nifty tool, if somebody would make a web page where you enter the
rules and backend will generate content for ~/.mailfilter to "cut and paste", sort of "web GUI mailfilter generator" (sorry I'm not a programmer :( )
