Subject:Win32 My SQL database Problem

I am simply trying to do a load data infile 'blah.txt' comma delimited with about 200 records into a small simple My SQL Database.. What happends.. is that it works.. but only about 127 records worth.. Anyone know what is up?

and the records are rather arbitrary rather than the first 127 records.. it takes some from the beginning and some from the end..
