Hello -
Am runing Eventum 1.7.1 on Debian using Exim as mail client.
E-Mail integration works great:
--Create new issues works for each project (separate e-mail accounts per
project)
--Route notes and issues to existing issues works(drafts are disabled)
(using issue-xxx notation)
However, when the issu...@xyz.com eventum issue route address is on
the CC
line, the e-mail is ignored.
I have verified that the e-mail is routed to the same catchall account as
the 'To' e-mails.
The download_emails script does process and remove both 'to' and 'cc'
e-mail
from the pop3 account.
The e-mail is not in the 'unassociated e-mails' queue.
There are no errors generated in the errors.log file.
E-Mails are sent from MS-Exchange to a debian exim4 e-mail account.
Any ideas where I can look for any additional errors / reason why this
might
be happening?
I know where I would start looking on this, include/class.support.php,
the getEmailInfo method. In my dev version, you will want to start
adding debug statements about line 512:
if ($info['ema_use_routing'] == 1) {
I would start off by printing all the addresses in the $addresses array,
and go from there.
