.courier-shared file contains deliver instructions to: 1) Deliver mail to the shared maildir, 2) Chmod mail to readable to users, 3) Copy to the cur directory.

It's not terribly elegant, but it works. ;)

I have two priorities: It should be simple and reliable :-) Could you show me an example .couried-shared file?
