Hello,

I've reviewed the documentation and some of the oreilly resources, and I haven't been able to generate any of the index files that docbook should make when it encounters <indexterm> tags.

Any recommendations or resources I should be reviewing that can help me solve this issue?

I'm not passing any special commands to the docbook "compiler" and I'm not sure if that's something I should be doing - much less what those commands are.
