What's the difference between using the batchsize file and using the maxrcpts directive in the bofh file?

maxrcpts sets the absolute max # of recipient addresses accepted per message.

After aliasing takes place, which may make the recipient list larger or smaller, messages with number of recipients greater than batchsize are split into multiple copies, to reduce each message's recipient list below batchsize.
