Not really, the ebXML Forms targets the ebXML framework using traditional Use case modeleing, UML, Common Business Process Catalog Core Component principles. But maybe they can viewed as BCM templates, but then they can also be vieved as traditional use case templates too.

If you cansend me the requirements for what consittutes a BCM forma Ill maybe be able to marke them as BCM compliant too;)
