Hi Dave,

looks good to me.

We should limit the organisational issues (MS/TC) to Monday morning, so that we can get the most out of the technical sessions.

The issues listed are XML companion file issues only, once we have resolutions here this is where the actual DOM work will start.

I've put together a draft agenda for our face to face meeting in Cologne. I have not assigned times to each item because I feel that we will need to devote as much time as needed to each item. I think the DOM work will take up the bulk of the meeting, so I don't expect to spend a lot of time on the first several items. Please review and let me know if I've left anything off the agenda.
