La référence est bien: page 317 sur Programmation OpenOffice.org page 356 sur Programmation OpenOffice.org 2.

L'exemple montre comment on doit utiliser DataArray, il traite le cas général (zone de cellules en ligne, ou colonne, ou rectangulaire). Cette pseudo-propriété DataArray renvoie/utilise un tableau de tableaux, et non pas un tableau à deux dimensions. C'est la raison du codage.
