Subject:[courier-users] VM and CourierActions...

Hi,

I have seen on the courier imap pages some configuration info for VM in emacs. I tried it and it didn't work. Subsequently, I looked at the VM website and noticed that the info on the courier pages seems to have been pretty much cut and pasted. I'm wondering if anybody has actually ever gotten it to work, or the information was simply placed there because VM claims to now be imap capable.

Upon attempting to connect to courier imap with vm, a successful login is allowed. What happens next is that VM sends some RFC822.PEEK command, which I suppose is not included in the imap standard. Courier says NO, and VM exits.

This has been the result of about an hour of testing. Maybe I am doing something obviously wrong. If anybody here has actually gotten it to work, please tell what your configurations are and what particular versions and/or patches you are using.

Best Regards, Mike
