Apache Axis is "Developing Web Services with Apache Axis", TipTec Development,

It uses Tomcat and Axis together along with Eclipse as an IDE. It's setup as
a kind of large tutorial and it will provide a good starting point. The switch
over to JBoss shouldn't matter as J2EE is a "specification" not an
implementation. Thus, whether Axis runs under Tomcat or JBoss should not
matter.
