Please check, if - for this account - you have enabled the "show only subscribed folders" (something like that) option in Mozilla in the preferences of the particular account. Courier-IMAP stores the subscription information also in those files. With right-click on the

That was part of the problem. I was no longer subscribed and it wasn't showing them except for the Sent, Drafts, Trash, and Junk subfolders.

That being said, here is my biggest problem.

I can access all of my folders now without any problem using SquirrelMail. However, I can't seem to access any of my subfolders using Thunderbird. The folders are there, but when I click on them nothing happens.

No errors are logged that I can find, unless courier-imap logs error messages somewhere other than /var/log/maillog.

This all occurred *AFTER* I migrated from my old server (using an older version of imap) to my new server.

I've deleted the accounts from Thunderbird, deleted all associated files on my hard drive, then recreated the accounts in thunderbird but that doesn't help.

This happens both in the accounts where I deleted all the courier-specific files within the maildirs, and those accounts where I did not.
