These seem self-explanatory to me, but I'm finding that they don't match up with what I would expect when parsing messages, so my expectation must be wrong. Would you explain exactly what these values are?

Nevermind... I just figured it out:

On second thought, now I'm not so sure anymore. Would you explain? Are boundary lines included in this count? Empty lines? Lines continued with an = at the end considered one line or two, etc.?
