Subject:[courier-users] Problems with (shared) folders in netscapeActions...

I have 2 questions about folders with courier-imap

1.I read the FAQ and the README.imap documents on the website and some posts to this mailing list. But I'm a little bit confused. Is it possible or not to create (with netscape) private folders that are

not a sub-folder of the inbox-folder ? When I do this I got the following message :

-- The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Invalid mailbox name

--

2.A little bit similiar to question 1. I set up a shared folder, following the README.sharedfolders document. I executed these commands : (As root-user) maildirmake -S /home/shared-folders maildirmake -s write -f testfolder /home/shared-folders (As normal user) maildirmake --add shared=/home/shared-folders

I can subscribe to this folder in netscape messenger. But I have this folder-hierarchy : .Inbox .shared.shared.testfolder So the folder I need is a subfolder of a subfolder !

Is there any way to make this folder appear at the root ? So I want to get this : .Inbox .testfolder

Tnx a lot in advance for any response !

Kind Regards,
