3. If multiple words are used, they will be typed

the initial letter of each word capitalized. If the name is a single
English word, its initial letter will be capitalized.
(Note--this is the
CamelCase rule, which DITA explicitly eschewed
originally--all DITA element
names are lowercase, even compound names.)
FWIW, this is InitialCase, not camelCase (the latter
doesn't capitalize the first word's initial letter,
hence the "hump" in the middle giving it its name).
