You probably messed up the permissions (setuid) while copying. Use mv or cp -p

Thank you for your reply Roland. I don't believe that the problem were the

permissions (they are the same of original file...read an exe for all plus setuid for user).Is possible some error in the webadmin.pl script? Thanks again.
