Lsof is broken.
It looks like it was broken because of a commit that PHK did, on namei.h, which removed the definition of the namecache struct from public visibility. According to the comments, the commit was the first part of some larger plan, but I don't see what it is. It's been 3 weeks now since the commit.
I already wrote Poul about it, but he hasn't seen my email yet, I guess. Does anyone know the direction this was going in, and what visibility the namecache is intended to have?
