Hi We have released an update to DEXlibe2 (soon to be renamed to PLCSlib) that was
previously presented to the TC.

Modifications are to:

* The XML Schema

* The HTML presentation (the underlying XSLT)

* Templates - A number of candidate OASIS templates have been developed

* Ref Data - A subset of reference data has been created

This version, along with a business DEX developed by Black & Rossi was reviewed
in the recent OASIS PLCS TOG meeting, the results of which will be presented on
the call this afternoon.

Note: This version of DEXlib2 has been released for review by the OASIS PLCS TC
- please do not use it for other purposes.

Acknowledgements This edition of DEXlib has drawn extensively from the content of the first
edition, both for code and content.

The initial development of this edition of DEXlib was funded by NDLO as part of
a contract with DNV. Eurostep Limited were subcontracted by DNV.

Eurostep Limited have subsequently developed DEXlib further.

Related work was also supported by:

* the Boeing Company (around use of SysML)

* the UK MOD (for ISO 10303-239 edition 2);

* Black & Rossi for the development of an initial DEX, templates and
Reference Data.
