That's a file.
Both directories and files and coexist peacefully, in this instance. You
have two choices -- either use a flat file, esmtpacceptmailfor, or a GDBM/DB
database. The database is created by makeesmtpacceptmailfor from files in
esmtpacceptmailfor.dir
