Mail server send many messages like this one. All of them go to a queue. So main log file and queue became very big. It's problem for me. And I don't want to accept this messages. How can I stop this?

I'm guessing that you have a CGI that sends email based on form input, and spammers are using that to send email. Check your HTTP logs for confirmation. If you have such a form, turn it off. Use one that doesn't accept the destination address from the form.
