Hi there,

I was out of business for some days, your message was old but left unanswered at least to what I can see :)

I use maildrop 1.5.0 on freebsd 4.7 working with mysql - there to be stored base of users. I needed to make a quota for virtual users and I have faced with a problem. With the help maildirmake -q it is possible to specify the size of a quota which to be stored(kept) in a file maildirsize - and then all works. If to define quota in mysql database - that does not work.

Whether who faced with similar? It is possible specify size of quota only in mysql ?

I haven't done to much testing, but as I'm already using virtual users in mysql I'm facing the same problem.

In the moment all things look like maildrop can only make use of the maildirsize file and not a direct mysql lookup. Meaning this I also read some message about creating a php or perl script that would make a maildirmake -q out of the mysqldb on creation of the mailbox or change of the quota.
