I keep getting this in the log, my users cannot send emails out.. This is a problem with both outlook express and mozilla...

Did you first check your smtp server logs? Your users can send email but the mail server doesnt deliver or the users get an error message right away when they are trying to send? Do you see these emails stuck in your queue?

Anyhow, I think this is not a problem with maildrop. So maybe you should try the mailing list of your smtpd... ?
