There is - click "explore mode" at the bottom of any edit page.

No, I mean something that warns you that the current type has other incoming
links (if it does), and lets you display those in the same friendly style as the
rest of the normal Edit Mode page. Explore Mode is interesting, but not very
usable for this purpose.
