If that message came in before you created the alias, you'll need to re-inject it. The alias file only affects messages as they are accepted. Once in the queue, their destination is already set, and isn't affected by the alias file.

Also, make sure to run "makealiases" after making changes to any of the alias files. Otherwise, Courier will ignore them.
