NFS client and problems with inode numbers rather don't occur. Am I right?

Correct. The UIDs will always match, it's about how the OS resolves UIDs and GIDs into names (NSSwitch); nss_ldap presumably.

Also, you'd have to check to see which types of locks (hard/asoft) your NFS implementations support. Check rpc.lockd.

Are you planning on Linux-HA?
