Not only the UC is not able to download certain components if GFv3Prelude is
installed under "Program Files", asadmin start-domain is not working either.
When I start up the domain, I got the exception below.
I am using b28 on Windows Vista installing in "Programs Files" dir with the
default UAC on. My JDK is 1.6.0_10-rc2.

I did not file this as a separate issue, since it has the same root cause, i.e. installing under "Program Files" (Vista only). This should be fixed since this is the default directory for all Windows platform. If not then, please release notes. After the UC part is fixed, then please transfer to the Admin team or open a separate issue if applicable. Thanks.
