i just try to set up OTRS (Open Ticket Request System (otrs.org). I have a mailsystem with postfix and use maildrop for local transport.

To get the mail to the otrs it is needed to pipe it to PostMaster.pl tool. So i made the following .mailfilter

What is the rest of your .mailfilter file, have you defined a shell
