So, only thing required to be changed is the example file. After copying /etc/xen/xmexample1 to /etc/xen/xmdefconfig, you just need to change line:

#nics=1 to, nics=0

This can prevent control panel tempting to access vif node in xenstore. Thanks a lot to Ewan for his suggestion.

And based on the tip of xen-ia64-unstable.hg, I can boot domU up again. People can start to try now, in case anything is missing there. ;-)
