Hi Bil! Thanks for your answer. I did as you tell but unfortunately it does nothing different as before. SU don't launch (but for a few seconds). A little precision: I didn't disable .net but just my firewall (to be sure it doesn't catch anything). When I proceed to uninstall/reinstall, I noticed I have .net 1.1 and .net2.0 and the french language pack ; I don't know if it matters. I don't know where it could come from as all my others apps work fine and I had not made significant change to my config. So if you have any idea, it will be really really helpful as it seems SketchUp is THE tool I need to sketch my design features. Hope to hear from you!

Hi IceSixxx, It sounds as if there you're having a problem launching SketchUp. You've noted that you've disabled .net in your firewall. SketchUp does require .net 1.1 to run, but it shouldn't need to access the internet to work correctly. You may want to try the following steps: 1. Uninstall SketchUp from the Add/Remove Programs utility in the Control Panel. 2. Reinstall .net 1.1 on your system. 3. Reinstall Google SketchUp and Reboot the computer.
