I'm using command line version of the digitalmars c++ compiler for windows.
I don't believe there is a Makefile or anything like that for that
compiler. If you would contribute one and any necessary patches, that
would be very helpful.

You might have better luck getting it working on a Unixy environment
such as Linux or Cygwin before porting it to Digital Mars.
