I am running a combination of vqadmin, vpopmail, sqwebmail

Anybody know how a Folder and contents could just disappear from a users sqwebmail account..

The user says the made a folder moved some emails in.. logged out.

They then went back in and they were gone!

maybe someone else has accessed it via sqwebmail and deleted or they have deleted by mistake.

No other users of the many domains we have have reported anything similar,

Although I have had the following happen on occasion in the past:

When a user tried to download email with outlook and it crashed..mid download.

Then when they come to download again or look on webmail they have lost everything in the INBOX. Whats with that?

I have tested on my domain and even if an external account say outlook express is pulling down the mail from the account ...

.it does not matter, Outlook cannot download emails in any folder other than the INBox which is fine by me.

The thing is normally when you delete an email via the web interface it goes into Trash and you have to Purge it first.

Now that is great for dummies as if they do delete..its not really deleted until they Purge

With Folders however it all gets deleted immediately. :-(

The big question: Is there a way I can check when the folder was created and deleted?

Also is it possible to retrieve?
