I have now a complete working example of an abstract Win32 service class in Java. Also, I have defined lots of needed Win32 functions and constants for services and for registry access. I can contribute that. What do I have to do?

Open an issue on the jna project page (https://jna.dev.java.net/ servlets/ProjectIssues -- you have to log in to submit a new issue) and add the files as attachments. I'll put them into the "contrib" area and merge any w32 API stuff into the examples.win32 package.

Thanks, this sounds really cool.
