This is probably a silly question, since I expect to miss a very simple thingy somewhere. The situation is this:

I installed Courier-Imap recently, being fed up with popa3d and all. Everything is nice, I like this program, but there is one thing:

I made myself and alias for root (and postmaster etc.). When I send an e-mail from another computer to ro@mycomp.com it works. I receive that mail instead of root. Same for mailing thru the SMTP (Postfix) on this comp: mail to root is delivered to me, so that's go.

But the output of the cron scripts etc, which get mailed to root as well, do NOT get delivered to me. Instead they just disappear somewhere. I can't find them anywhere.

What am I missing? I need to have the cron output! I should be able to right?

Is /usr/sbin/sendmail a symlink to courier's sendmail? Or whatever 'which sendmail' gives when run as root
