I use courier-IMAP on a Linux Box. It works very well.

I use ADSL to access the Internet, and my IP address is changing at each connection. I just wonder if it is possible to bind the daemon to any IP address the machine can have. So I do not have to change the config file (the ADDRESS field) to match the IP my provider gave me, at each connection.
