Thanks for your reply. I understand the point you made earlier that SELECT
statements don't belong scripts... Will SET be allowed?
Also, even when the bug is fixed, the program will be somewhat inconvenient to
run scripts in comparison with Mysqlcc, unless the last SELECT returns a
resultset (e.g. as in Mysqlcc or mysql command line utility) or a real hack
like sharing a connection between two tabs so that temporary tables can be
viewed...

I just downloaded and installed QB 1.1.2
I cannot run the scripts that contain a single SELECT or even SET statement -- I still get error 2014, "Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now".
We are sorry. Yes the fix for this bug did not make it into this release,
although it should have. We'll try to post an
update as soon as possible.
