Hello,
We're experiencing a problem with our network license for several of
our offices that's very strange. I have tried contacting support
regarding this several times but have heard nothing.
When a user tries to start SketchUp 6 they get an error message
saying:
"SketchUp was unable to validate the license file:
EZTRIAL1_EXCEEDED_USERS."
I have verified that nobody else was using SketchUp and that we should
have 3 licenses available. All of our users are unable to access the
Pro features of SketchUp. Here is a screenshot of the error message:

When I look at the license information, it shows that it's a Single-
User license that expired in 1969....this is definitely messed up

I've noticed that the error doesn't occur when an Admin or Domain
Admin is logged in....only for Domain Users. This is, of course, a
major problem. We can't give everyone local admin rights. Any ideas?
