Just to clarify the procedure, the TC has to approve these changes as a revised
Committee Draft and approve its release for a further Public Review. Both steps
require a Full Majority vote. So when David has completed the new dictionary I
will post the entire package and set up a ballot to cover both aspects. Clearly
if anyone wants to discuss any of these changes we should do that before I post
the ballot so shout now please.

I would like to hear from colleagues whether they think it is necessary to have
TC call to review all these changes before we send them out for further Public
Review, or whether everyone one is content for me to post them and then convene
a call to either review any comments back from that review stage or if no
further comments are received agree the version as a Committee Standard?
