Also note that there is a 'Contact us' URL at the bottom, which will
take you to the Pro support contact page. Since you've paid for the
Pro version, this should get you a response. (Us free-version users
have to rely exclusively upon the support of others here at the Help
Group.)
(BTW, all the resolutions I've read about have to do with the nVidia
drivers.)
