Matt --
That means that you started using Perforce with the default depot "depot" without explicitly defining it. One of the recent releases added the automatic creation of the default depot, but it doesn't come up in the depots list.
Steve
hey all,
I have run into a bit of weird behavior that I'm hoping someone can explain.
when I run the "p4 depots" command at a prompt, it returns nothing. However, I have a depot named 'depot' and if I run "p4 depot -o depot", it prints out the information on the depot, and all is correct.
I have reproduced this from several different machines, so I'm confident that it isn't some weird setup with just my machine. Also, P4Win works fine when operating on the depot. I'm not sure what else the problem could be...
I'm running P4 server of 2001.1/28401 and my P4Win is 2001.1/27804.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
