first of all:

use as email

email = "b.@blah.com++USD" or EUR or any other currency u use

only use one time Client_Email = "client_1+irfa@gmail.com" Do not add it 5 times.

make sure the post i gooing to sandbox.google.... instead of adwords.google....

Do not change the namespace in the request header leave is as adwords.google.....

This should work.
