What is the Google Transit group?

The Google Transit group is an un-moderated forum for open discussion about the Google Transit product. This group is currently available only through Google Groups. Any individual with a question or comment about using Google Transit may post here.

Google Transit allows you to plan trips using public transportation alone. Currently, we only offer transit planning for the Portland, Oregon metro area, but we plan to expand to cities throughout the United States and around the world. Occasionally Google employees may post to the Google Transit group. Any Google employee who participates in the group will always post with the name "Google Employee", and will post from an email address ending in @google.com.

The Google Transit group encourages free and open discussion on all aspects of the Google Transit product. However, posts not on this topic are not welcome. We reserve the right to delete posts that we consider inappropriate.
