Well, I was trying to put it into bofh to begin with (I wrote it in my original post), but as I said it didn't work... Maybe I should try to upgrade my version....

Sigh. I didn't spot it before. The "opt BOFHBADMIME=accept" option goes into the /etc/courier/bofh config file, NOT the esmtpd file. I was so busy looking at the option, that I didn't notice you were putting it in the wrong file.

Hmmm.... Doesn't seem to work with opt either... I get:

root (/usr/local/etc/courier)# ../../sbin/esmtpd opt: not found opt: not found

I've also restarted courier...

Hi!

It still won't work... I've added "BOFHBADMIME=accept" to my esmtpd configuration file... Should I do something more? Or maybe I should prefix it with "opt"? None of the other BOFH* lines used opt

though...

The correct syntax is:

opt BOFHBADMIME=accept

And then restart courier.
