I managed to use the 3D text for the Russian characters - here's a model:http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=c3b35d2a9ac9ca4591... Are you sure you used Cyrillic font types? Not all fonts can exist in Cyrillic (or other than non-English) version!

Yes, now I fix the problem by just installing fonts from windows and disabling native ones. By default, SketchUP used native, noncyrillyc fonts, but MacOS (while displaying dialog) used fonts with cyrillic. May be it's a bug.
