Hi,
Did you check the Closing Context of those 2 statuses not appearing?
In the Bulk Update and Issue Details form, statuses with Closed Context
selected to "Yes" when creating them, are not listed. Such statuses are
available only when you close out an issue.
Apart from this, I don't have any other guesses.

I've got 6 statuses listed and they show fine in the search drop down,
but in some areas only 4 items are listed in the drop downs, see:
- Bulk Updates, 4 status items
- Issue Details, 4 status items
Any way to fix this?
