Subject:Reminders - Any way to debug?

Hi all,

I am still tuning my Eventum setup and next step for me was to add reminders.

I have 3 reminders, one for each priority, and the rule is to check when an issue was last updated, then trigger an email to the owner.

This led to 180 emails arriving to me since I didn't have a check for "status closed".

So I added this status and now I don't get any reminders at all.

I only have to conditions on each reminder:

1) Check when issue last updated, as an example for pri 1 issue this is within 1 hour

2) Status is not closed

I have now 8 issues in Eventum where status is not closed, but I don't get any reminders. I really don't like to remove the "status not closed" condition as this will trigger 180 new emails I'm afraid.

I have made sure that my bat files run the "check_reminders.php" file, and I have even run it manually, but nothing happens.

Any tips on how I can debug what happens in order to find out why my reminders don't appear?

Thanks!

Vennlig hilsen/Regards
